Shipping & Delivery
             We package all our fantastic products in either white or brown boxes/bags and dispatch all orders via a postal service. If your order has been placed before 1pm Monday                    -Friday, we aim to ship your product the same day as you ordered it. Our standard UK shipping service takes between 2-5 working days and all orders are tracked and you                   will receive your tracking information once we despatch and confirm shipping via your customer account. 
Privacy & Security
Your privacy and security is really important to us. Our website is protected by daily virus and anit malware scans and is also protected with a 256 bit SSL (Safe Secure Location) certificate. We do not store any credit card details and all transactions are carried out via secure payment gateways. 
Returns & Replacements
We operate a no hassle return policy meaning that if you purchase something on our website or amazon site and are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will refund your money once the product has been returned to us (minus any delivery costs). You have the right to cancel any order with us upto 7 days after placing your order in accordance with the long distance selling act (DSR). 

If you receive your product and it is found to be faulty or damaged, simply give us a call or contact us via our contact us form and we will give you the address to where it must be returned we will then be happy to exchange the product for a new item. Please do not return items to us without informing us of the return. 
Ordering on our website couldnt be any simpler. All our products are shown inclusive of VAT chaged at 20% of the order total. Simply add your desired product to your basket and click proceed to checkout. Fill in all your details and pay via our secure Payment Gateway.

Prices and promotions are subject to change at any given time without prior warning or notice. If you feel you have unfairly missed a promotion or discount, then please get in touch with us where we will be happy to assist you further.
Viewing Orders
All Sucessful orders are available to view in your Gripeeze account. Simply click my account at the top of our website and login with the details you provided when you purchased your products. Once logged in you will be able to view all of your orders plus see up to date informaton about the status of your order.
Updating Account Information
To update any of your account information click my account at the top of our website, login with your credentials and update your name, address, phone number or passwords in your online account.
